V.P of Marketing - Jerry Jamison Jerry Jamison serves as 3 Tier's VP of Marketing on a consulting basis. Jerry is the founder and CEO of Jamison Advertising, a noted full-service ad agency. V.P of Sales - Thomas Hobbs Tom Hobbs served as a sales manager and project manager at ElectriCiti in the 3 years prior to co-founding 3 Tier Systems. He was also one of ElectriCiti's first employees, working part-time with ElectriCiti in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support while attending Boston College.
